Neurofeedback - Only

The shortest session our clinic offers involves neurofeedback-only. You will be invited to sit in our comfortable recliner and will receive a neurofeedback session listening to soft relaxing music. This session is most popular for individuals who are paying out-of-pocket and do not require an Occupational Therapy receipt. Packages can be purchased of 10 sessions for $650.

Christine is a compassionate social worker who works grounded in anti-oppression principles and works with a variety of therapeutic modalities that include primarily Narrative Therapy, as well as Hypnosis, Mindfulness, Expressive Arts Therapy, CBT, and DBT. She holds a B.A. in Psychology and a B.S.W. and holds a clinical social work master’s degree in narrative therapy . Passionate about fostering positive changes, Christine helps individuals to overcome life’s challenges. Christine is available for in-person and virtual appointments.

Mackenzie (or Kenzie) has has a passion for holistic health/wellness and comes from a background in kinesiology and biomechanics. She has worked in a variety of healthcare roles throughout her career and is excited to start in this new role focusing more on the power of the human mind! Mackenzie is an avid learner and hopes to continue on to her Master’s in Social Work next fall, where she can bridge her physical science background with her passion for mental wellness. Jill is a compassionate occupational therapist delivering strength-based and client-centered services. Jill has experience working with children and adults as well as extensive involvement with those living with concussion, acquired brain injuries, stroke and ongoing mental health and/or trauma. Starting at Forest City Neurofeedback as a technician in grad school, Jill got to see first-hand the impact that this service can have on her clients. As a registered OT, Jill is enthusiastically merging the neurofeedback modality with her occupational therapy expertise to promote healthy function and meaningful living. Helen is a social worker who strives to be compassionate and nonjudgmental in each interaction. Recognizing the unique intersections of each person’s life, she collaborates with clients using a holistic and anti-oppressive approach based on a trauma-informed lens. In session, Helen will work with you to co-create your therapeutic goals and develop a treatment plan that works for you. Using an eclectic therapeutic approach, you will work collaboratively to highlight your strengths and identify areas for positive growth. Helen has vast experience working with those who have lived or living experience of addiction, as well as their loved ones, first responders, and those with experience of trauma and mental health.
